HerStandard Terms of Service Last Updated: April 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HerStandard mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by HerStandard ("HerStandard," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. Eligibility The Service is intended for individuals age 18 or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: - You are at least 18 years old. - You have legal capacity to enter these Terms. - You will use the Service in compliance with applicable laws. 2. Description of the Service HerStandard provides AI-generated relationship insights based on user-submitted content. The Service is for informational and personal reflection purposes only. 3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer You acknowledge and agree that: - AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. - Outputs are generated automatically based on submitted content. - Outputs may not reflect full real-world context. The Service does not provide professional advice, including therapy, counseling, legal, medical, or mental-health advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and how you use outputs. 4. User Content You may submit text scenarios and optional screenshots for analysis ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you: - Grant HerStandard permission to process it to provide the Service. - Confirm you have the rights to submit it. - Agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content. You retain ownership of your User Content. 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to: - Harass, abuse, or harm others. - Generate or request unlawful/harmful content. - Submit content involving minors in romantic/sexual context. - Submit explicit sexual content, violence threats, or illegal instructions. - Reverse engineer or disrupt the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. 6. Moderation and Safety HerStandard may block or redirect certain requests under its moderation policy. For high-risk content (for example, self-harm crisis references), HerStandard may return a supportive safety redirect instead of standard analysis. 7. Accounts Certain features require an account. You are responsible for: - Keeping your credentials confidential. - Activity under your account. 8. Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features include recurring subscriptions and one-time analysis packs. Some subscriptions may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you begin a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the applicable fee unless you cancel before the trial ends. Free trials are only available to new subscribers who have not previously used a free trial for the same subscription. Eligibility is determined by the platform provider (Apple App Store / Google Play). Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by platform providers (Apple App Store / Google Play) under their terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription, including during a free trial, through your device's subscription settings. Except where required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property The Service, software, branding, and content are owned by HerStandard and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part without permission. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee output accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, HerStandard is not liable for: - Decisions made from AI outputs. - Relationship outcomes. - Emotional distress. - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree that you are solely responsible for decisions and actions taken based on Service outputs. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HerStandard, its affiliates, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms. 12. Termination We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. 13. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time.
